I have over 20 years of Customer Service Experience.
I am the owner of YVONNES-TWO2(A.K.A YVONNES2 A.K.A YVONNES-TWO). I have been married to my husband for 24 years , we have been together for almost 30 years and we have two young adult children ages 23 & 26.
I started working in customer service back in 1995 when I got my first cashier job, then I went on to work in hotels, daycares, hospitals, insurance, and finally landed a dream job with the government as a Contact Representative in Accounts Management.
I wanted to create an online only Virtual office for not only the normal individual or business individual, but also the limited normal or business individual( I have friends in wheel chairs that to that to me as just as normal as me) however, their everyday life is limited due to their situation. Over all for those who often don't have enough time or is as stated earlier limited within the 24 hour day to respond to emails, texts, nor the time to print out agendas, other information or make flyers and business cards, etc; so we strive to get those important things done for you in a timely manner within the time given.
